Stand Up Paddle, also known as SUP, is a water sport that consists of standing on a board and paddling with a paddle to advance. It’s a mix between surfing and kayaking, and a fun and healthy way to explore the water.

We advise you to start practicing in a school, they will teach you and guide you to acquire a good position and a good technique.
