TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
Anomy SUP® makes every effort to produce boards to the highest quality and standards in the industry. We do quality checks in our factories and in our warehouses in an effort to guarantee each board’s quality before shipping to Authorized Anomy SUP® Dealers or direct to customers. Because of the nature of paddle boarding we cannot guarantee the performance of any board or shape for individual riders and varying levels of skills and abilities. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee against damage or breakage and cannot protect or warranty against circumstances outside of our control.

BOARD WARRANTY
Anomy SUP® provides a manufacturer’s warranty for defects on all new boards for one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty covers only Anomy SUP® that are purchased from an authorized Anomy SUP® Dealer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the warranty claim. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, abuse, maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or any other irresponsible use. Cosmetic flaws do not affect the functionality and performance of the board and are not applicable.
If you have a problem with your ANOMY SUP board, and you suspect that it may be due to defective materials or workmanship, contact the dealer you purchased your Anomy SUP board from and arrange to have the problem inspected. Consumer is responsible for delivery to, and pickup from, the closest authorized dealer.
If you purchased the product directly from Anomy SUP®, complete the online warranty claim form and await further instruction.
If the Authorized Anomy SUP® Dealer’s inspection indicates a defect that is attributable to materials or workmanship, Anomy SUP® will repair or replace your board free of charge at the company’s option. Proof of purchase such as a sales receipt may be required. If repairs or evaluation are required, Anomy SUP® will, at its option, work with dealers to facilitate repairs.
If service is required in a country that is not the country of purchase, consumers will comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and be responsible for all customs duties, value add tax (VAT), and other associated taxes and charges. For international service, the Anomy SUP® Distributor may repair or exchange defective products and parts with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards.
Anomy SUP® retains the right to satisfy warranty via repair or replacement of products or of components deemed defective. In addition, Anomy SUP® reserves the right to replace original board or equipment with comparable current products.
*The return costs are charged to the buyer.
S1+1 WARRANTY
To use the 1+1 warranty plan and extend 12 months your warranty, you have to fill our online registration form. You should keep your sales receipt should it be required in the future for proof of purchase.
The online Warranty Registration Form can be found here.
BOARD CARE
Do not store your boards in direct sunlight. Keep in shaded areas, carports, or garages when not in use. Extreme heat is damaging to boards and is not covered under warranty. Rinse boards off after use, especially when used in salt water. Do not transport boards in bubble wrap, as the wrap acts like a microwave. Reflective bags are recommended for travel, but should not be used as storage in extreme heat.
BOARD USE
Make sure the vent plug is screwed in “tight to the right”- do not ever turn it to the left or unscrew it. Use your fingers to tighten the vent, do not use a tool and do not over-tighten. Make sure your fin screw is tight before you go into the water. Fins should be removed occasionally, and the fin box rinsed out. Fins should never hit the sand. Walk the board out into the water so that the fin never hits the bottom. When coming into shore, hop off of the board and walk it in. The boards should be turned over with fin facing up when on the shore. Take care, especially when surfing, to stay away from sandbars.
